Submitting exams, contacts and glasses isn’t rocket science as you know. It’s a lot of data entry screen time. Your office is assigned a dedicated optical biller who will submit your claims and learn your office nuances. Your optician biller will communicate with your office via HIPAA secure chat if they have questions about any orders that need to be further explained in more detail.

Your packing slips to wrap your optical orders will be available daily in your practice dashboard for easy bulk printing.
What about HIPAA compliance?
Your dedicated optical biller undergoes quarterly HIPAA compliance training through our partner CSEye.
What if an order has errors in it such as product unavailability or flopped signs?
Your biller is an optician. If they see abnormalities in the order, they will communicate with your office via secure chat. Many times our billers help increase the quality of orders by predicting a job will turn out ugly such as really thick lenses and wrong material choice.
What if my biller gets sick or goes on vacation?
We have backup billers for these exact situations. Life happens.
What if a claim is submitted wrong. How do you handle this?
If you notice we entered wrong information resulting in incorrect contact lens boxes or spectacle lenses, we will credit your account $10 per error. We take this seriously. The 1 in 1000 error can occur; we are all human.
What if a claim is missing information for successful submission?
Your office will be contacted through your practice dashboard to provide missing info.
Do you work with multi-location or corporate offices?
Yes, we can scale with you. We can develop an enterprise strategy to process orders timely. We’re quite technical too! If you need custom software development or other workflows, we have senior developers on staff.
What vision plan or insurance companies can you bill?
VSP, EyeMed, Versant, Spectera, NVA, Avesis, and any other plan you bring to us. Everything is a process, and we document everything for quality assurance.
