How do I work with my Virtual Team Member?
Just like any other employee, your team member will work with all your current systems including remoting into your EHR using your phone system and communicating through email and any chat apps used. All of the communication setup is handled during onboarding so it can be a smooth transition.
What happens if I want a different Team Member?
You can request a different team member at any time if they are not meeting your standards.
What happens if my assistant quits?
We will find you a new team member and train and onboard them again.
What happens if I need to scale my Team Members' hours up or down?
Depending on your team members availability, this could be arranged.
What if my assistant works overtime?
This needs to be approved by both parties and team members need to be compensated for any additional time.
What if my Team Member goes on vacation or gets sick?
You won’t be charged if your assistant needs to take time off for sickness or vacation. You would handle this team member like you would with any other internal team member with a backup plan.
